Supervision

I offer a supportive and reflective supervision space for psychologists and therapists, with a focus on problem solving, professional growth and thoughtful clinical practice.

As an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, I bring experience from a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health services, specialist eating disorder services and neurorehabilitation.

I am particularly interested in the mind-body connection, and my clinical and neuropsychological experience allows me to understand the unique interplay between the brain, body and emotional wellbeing.

My work has included both NHS and private organisations. I have worked as the lead for a large therapy team and as national Clinical Lead for a rehabilitation service, as well as developing my own private practice.

Supporting clinical confidence and service development

My leadership and service development experience has taught me a great deal about what people value from psychological services. I hope to bring this knowledge into supervision, particularly for clinicians developing their own psychology service or private practice.

I am accredited with EMDR Europe and have a specialist interest in EMDR. I have also completed supervisor training with the University of Southampton.
